not only show hours in-game overall but also hours on the class you are currently in the slot of, and allow for restriction based on class hours? this could make it so you dont get main spys with 2 k hours who are awful at medic playing it (like me) and so people know how well the class is going to be played and who is a reliable player in their lobby. it could also help people recognize talented players quicker.
