Minor error: Incorrect 'hint message'

One of the "hint messages" still display:
"See someone with 0 hours of TF2 played? This is most likely because they have a private Steam profile, and TF2Center cannot access their stats :(" http://i.kokney.com/2014-01-26_23-33-16.png
Although it has been changed to indicate "Private" instead of 0 hours.
