Report players for being rude/having poor sportsmanship. Temp. ban as a penalty

An issue with lobby was people were being assholes and there was no penalty for -rep'ing them (that I know of). Would be nice if a 1/3/7-day ban was given for bad behavior. This could also cover leaving early or not showing up with 30/60 minute bans instead of day-long bans
