Main chat/settings broken

After the most recent update (1/18/14), chat and settings are broken. When I press enter or "say it loud" the page just refreshes. When trying to apply settings, it asks to leave the current page and it just refreshes again. In a lobby, if I press enter it takes me to a blank page (http://beta3.tf2center.com/wicket/bookmarkable/com.tf2center.web.lobby.LobbyPage?0). Pressing "say it loud" works.
