Report players only from your team.

Example: after a round on HL teams switch and let's say someone leaves a lobby. Now RED players who went BLU need to report a RED soldier. But because they are currently BLU in-game they report BLU soldier and non-missing player from the opposite team gets reported and kicked for nothing, Happens all the time.
