Is there gonna be a 'karma' system?

Where you can give positive feedback to friendly, sportsmanlike players and (more importantly) negative feedback to trolls, AFKers, obviously unskilled people etc. (TF2Lobby had this, although I don't know if it actually did anything..)

We don't think that karma system is a good tool. People are too immature here and will be easily abusing it. Even your request points out to this - you want to give negative feedback to "obviously unskilled people". TF2Center is a place where "obviously unskilled people" comes to practice in comp TF2 to become skilled. And they are welcome here until they wants to learn and follow the rules.

What I meant with obviously unskilled people are things like a Gibus-wearing Medic shooting people with his Blutsauger instead of healing.. or are those welcome at TF2Center too?

As been said above "they are welcome here until they want to learn and follow the rules". If your example about unexperienced medic who just don't know how to play, then freindly advice from teammates will help. If you are speaking about troll, you always can kick him from lobby using "!report" command. In case of cheating you can report this player on our forum http://forums.tf2center.com/index.php?/topic/3-request-a-ban/

But karma system will never be a relevant tool in such an immature community. I wish I had this here but looking in a chat everyday, I understand that better do not mess with this.
