Is there any way to report people for bad behaviour?

I haven't seen one, and it gets really annoying when there's a person on your team who is constantly complaining and calling people names etc. It would be great if there was a karma system or something to kind of punish the people with bad attitude and reward people who are being a credit to team. To prevent people from misusing this system you could make it so a certain amount of people would have to make a complaint about a player for them to get some kind of consequenses.
