Server password not changing!

Hello there, every time I attempt to host a Center on my server, the players are greeted with "Kicked from server: Bad Password". I joined my server manually and it seems the server isn't changing to the password it is supposed to, although the logs show that an RCON request was sent to change the password as it should.
