Bot that notifies you when lobby is ready in steam

You add this bot(CentreBot) when your lobby is ready it will send you a steam message that you should ready up or join the game because people forget about pre-ready up. I think it would be really helpful because i never hear the sound because its glitched for me and i think people would appreciate it.

It`s not that easy as it appears. At first, this Bot should be paid Steam account to have the ability to add friends. Than, it should be many accounts, as there is a friends limit. Than, it should be automatic account creation system(we can`t add the same person twice), what seems to be almost impossible.
