Several problems regarding lobbies and site functionality

-After the lobby has started, there is no indication (for subs) that the lobby requires mumble or not.
-HL CFG has mp_highlander 1, should be 0
-People abuse the report system, reporting people that stay in the server
-Whitelist inconsistencies per server (short circuit banned in one lobby, enabled on the other)
-Sorting by region / map / game type / requirements doesn't work
-In a lobby not hosted by a friend, you're required to stay in it untill the match is over, even if a team / both teams are griefing
-Reconnecting to the tf2center mumble has certificate issues, some names are registered and don't allow others to join.
-Reliability / ragequits / # of lobbies played is often incorrect
-Lobby filters do not filter the types of lobbies selected
-Join button sporadic requires 2 clicks to be activated.
