No minus % for joining sub, or diminished

Considering you get "rage quit" percentage from being sub too, you should diminish the amount. I've joined some sub slots and I'm on like 80% because they I got kicked right after joining, because the system didn't recognize me or something. Anyway. Considering you can filter %, I think it's important that people can't abuse this.
