Option in Settings to play a sound when a new lobby is opened.

I have to minimize my game every time I want to see if there's a new lobby open, which can be a bit of a hassle. It would be much easier and lobbies would fill up faster if users would have an option in the settings to enable a sound to be played when a new lobby is created.
