When the match ends, link the mumble channels instead of moving people - stops text to speech spam

In mumble when the match ends, instead of moving everyone to one channel, link the two red and blu channels together, stops the mumble lady going crazy.

Another option would be turning off the Text-to-Speech in mumble. (In Mumble: Configure -> uncheck Text to-Speech)

I like this idea, for those who like to keep text-to-speech on.
