report admin of server + reliability system?

I just played in a game where the admin set the gravity to 75 and kept slaying everybody. It would be great if we could report the admin of the server and have like a badge to indicate how well they manage the game (also if they get enough reports from one game, just don't count the game as played towards our stats?).
