There should be a loud sound to alert people to ready up. And for leaders to alert afk players

Sometimes when I'm viewing other webpages and the lobby is filled, I can't actually notice it and by the time I switch to the lobby i get kicked cos i didnt ready up. so please make a audible tone for people to ready up
