Ready up fail

Just tried to play an EUHL game which failed miserably. When all the slots were filled, the ready up timer came on but not everyone readied. The afks were moved to spectate, but everyone who readied were set to unready again (with option to leave slot). The lobby wouldn't re-ready again once the slots were filled again (the only "fix" seems to be leaving/rejoining the slot, but good luck getting 17 players to do that)
