Readying system

Keep it as it is but add one thing :
A ready-up button that only works when there's 11/12 or 17/18 for HL and in case the lobby goes back down to 10players (16 or less for HL) it unreadies everyone.
So : You ready up when 11ppl are in and if you don't it says the who's not ready thing and gives you 45secs (or 60 dunno) as soon as there are 12 ppl on
