Ready time should be longer

30 secs is a too short amount of time. Maybe someone is in mge and have to alt tab with a crappy pc or stuff like that. Try with 60 sec

Perhaps a range of 30 to 60 that can be specified by the lobby creator. Also this is only useful if the "ready up" voice/sound cue repeats one or two more times.
